Every project is unique, and all projects follow a timeline that includes several months for design and planning, followed by construction that can range from a few months to over a year depending on the full scope of work. We provide a clear timeline during the design phase and the construction phase so you know what to expect.

You will work closely with your Design Consultant and Project Manager throughout the course of your project. From our initial engagement to the culmination of your project, our Design Consultants serve as steadfast guides throughout your entire remodel. Upon the start of construction at your home, our Project Managers diligently orchestrate daily operations, scheduling, and communication between you and our team of craftsmen, ensuring oversight from inception to completion of your project.

The individuals involved in your project are a blend of our in-house dedicated craftsmen and trusted trade partners. Our skilled craftsmen bring expertise and precision to key aspects of the work, ensuring quality and consistency throughout. Additionally, we collaborate with trusted trade partners who specialize in specific disciplines, complementing our team's capabilities with their specialized skills and knowledge. This collaborative approach allows us to deliver exceptional results, combining the artistry of craftsmanship with the reliability of longstanding partnerships in the industry.

You may choose to reside in your home during the remodel, depending on the scope and nature of the project. Factors such as the extent of renovation, accessibility to essential areas, and your comfort preferences will influence this decision. Our team will work closely with you to minimize disruptions and ensure your living arrangements are accommodated throughout the remodeling process

 

We cover this in detail on our Cost & Investment page. In short, we begin discussing budget during the Discover phase and refine it as the design develops. By the Proposal phase, you will have a clear understanding of the investment required and the value behind it.

Yes.  Officially, all work is covered for one year. However, it is important to us to stand behind our work and partner with our clients by addressing concerns that may pop up after this period.
 

We conduct a thorough walkthrough, provide warranty support, and remain available for any questions or future needs. Many of our clients continue working with us on additional projects over time.
